Shipping Policy
We currently ship orders to the United States and Hong Kong.
All orders are shipped free of charge — there are no additional shipping fees at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs Duties and Taxes
All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. The price you see at checkout is the final price — you will not be charged any additional import duties or taxes upon delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or remote areas where carriers cannot guarantee safe delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Address Changes
Please contact our support team immediately if you need to change your shipping address before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, the address cannot be modified.
