30-Day Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Cost

✔ If the return is due to our responsibility（quality issues）：

  • defective item

  • damaged item

  • wrong size sent

  • wrong product sent

👉 We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.

✔ If the return is due to personal reasons（non-quality issues）：

  • size doesn’t fit

  • changed mind

  • ordered by mistake

  • dislike the item

  • color preference

👉 The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

We do not provide prepaid return labels for non-quality returns.
You may choose any carrier of your preference.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return instructions and the return shipping address.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is defective,

  • the item is damaged, or

  • you received the wrong product.

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a free replacement or a prepaid return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
Items must be in original, unworn condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
